Almost time for Win-fly. Excitement for the new Summer people, FNG’s and old timers, getting there just as the sun is comming up. Bitter Sweet for the Winter overs,
excitement to meet old friends and people invading their world.
Congratulations to all who were picked to go this year. Others still hang in there, people will drop out or fail the PQ.

Yes, very exciting indeed. I heard the flights have been delayed due to some nasty weather in McMurdo, but I’d imagine the flights are happening as I type this. Unfortunately I won’t be there for Winfly, but I look forward to passing through on my way to Pole in October. For anyone on their way / already there, be sure to thaw a beer out for me. 😎
