US Government debt crisis– will it affect the USAP program?

I’m just curious– with all the talk about the government having to slash the budget in order to deal with the debt crisis– does anyone know how will this affect the USAP program?

The people in office will most likely cut the budget to more high profile high expense things, such as medicare or welfare… Since the USAP program is pretty obscure in mainstream culture, it should be fine…. To be honest though, I have no fucking idea… take this with a grain of salt water.

The “No Icebreaker Crisis” will have more of an impact than any budget cuts.
