    http://www.cybernoon.com/displayarticle.aspʔsection=fromthepress&subsection=inbombay&xfile=september2006_inbombay_standard10827iʹm sure most people have noticed this already…itʹs been in the news on-and-off for months. all their recent statements, though, have focused on specifically the fact that its a military group making the traverse. while not a permanent party, it doesnt violate the treaty but i can see it as being a percursor for indias notion to drill in antarctica looking for the source of their holy river, (as theyʹve mentioned over the past 6 months or so).
