Good for you Mike, thinking of how you seasoned vets can assist the newbee's
with the upcoming adventure. My second season Raytheon had taken over and no
one helped anyone or at least Raytheon did nothing to assist the new comers.
It was a struggle…heck even for me there were problems and that was my
second year. my hats off to you Mike! and Zondra for affering her help.
