This year, for me, they sent an offer letter, along with requests for a copy of my DL and passport, and a drug-screen kit.
A couple of weeks after that, they sent the packet from Medical. Then the fun begins. Set aside an evening for filling out paperwork.
If you have a contact at RPSC, e-mail them regularly. Persistence does pay-off. They’ll answer you just to get you to shut-up. Don’t be mean, or get angry, just check-in regularly, and ask if there’s anything you need to do.
Patience is a virtue…and a damn good skill to have.
