As this place gets by mostly on word of mouth and many have bad mouthed it this year, I think its harder to get people in the program and thats why we have such a shortage of winter over people here this year as well as a higher rate of new folks. I have recommended it to a few friends for next season but its harder being only a 1 day job fair and I think they need to spend more time and energy on getting the people in that they need.
